Attendance allows guards to record the start and end of their work shift. It provides a simple way to track working hours and maintain accurate attendance records.

Patrol

The Patrol feature allows guards to start, continue, and complete their assigned security patrols. Guards can follow scheduled patrols, visit designated checkpoints, and record patrol activities for better monitoring and accountability.

Report Incident

Report Incident enables guards to quickly report security incidents, safety concerns, unusual activities, or other issues encountered during their duty. Guards can provide relevant details to ensure incidents are properly recorded and communicated to supervisors.

SOS Emergency

SOS Emergency provides guards with quick access to urgent assistance during critical situations. Guards can use the SOS function to alert the appropriate personnel and request immediate support when an emergency occurs.

Buffer Guard

Buffer Guard allows temporary, backup, or freelance guards to record and manage their duty activities. It provides flexibility when a guard is assigned to cover a shift or perform security duties temporarily.

Checkpoint Setup

Checkpoint GPS Setup allows authorized users to configure and verify the GPS locations of patrol checkpoints. Accurate checkpoint locations help ensure that guards visit the correct locations during patrols and enable reliable GPS-based patrol tracking.

Patrol

The Patrol feature enables guards to access and perform their assigned patrol duties. Guards can select the configured guard-identification method for the device, start or continue scheduled patrols, visit assigned checkpoints, and record patrol activities.

Report Incident

The Report Incident feature allows guards to report security incidents, safety concerns, unusual activities, or other issues encountered during their duty. Guards can provide the required incident information through the Guardio incident reporting process.

SOS Emergency

The SOS Emergency feature provides guards with quick access to urgent assistance during emergency or critical situations.

Configuration

The Configuration feature is used to manage essential Guardio setup and guard identification settings on the device. It allows authorized users to configure guard login or identification methods and manage related site and checkpoint settings.

User Details

The User Details section displays the guard’s essential identification information, including their profile, name, employee ID, and assigned role. QR Code for Attendance and Patrol

The QR code provides a quick and secure method for guard identification during Attendance and Patrol activities. Authorized personnel or configured Guardio devices can scan the QR code to verify the guard’s identity before recording attendance or performing patrol-related activities. This helps simplify the identification process while maintaining accurate and traceable duty records.

Guard ID Status

The Guard ID status indicates whether the guard’s identification is currently active. An active status confirms that the Guard ID can be used for configured identification and verification processes, including attendance and patrol activities.

Daily Roster – Attendance & Patrol

The Daily Roster provides a centralized view of daily security operations across assigned sites. It allows supervisors and operations teams to monitor guard attendance, shift timings, patrol schedules, and patrol progress throughout the day. Teams can quickly identify ongoing operations, track completed and pending patrols, and highlight activities that need attention, helping maintain better workforce coverage, operational visibility, and accountability.

Incident

The Incident module provides a centralized view of security incidents reported across sites. Supervisors and operations teams can search, filter, and review incidents based on site and status, while viewing key information such as incident details, time, location, classification, attachments, and current action status. This enables teams to stay informed, prioritize incidents that require attention, and ensure reported issues are properly reviewed and managed.
